Holsworthy subdivision. Finally construction has started on this medium density housing estate I designed in Sydney! 
Endermic growth on the trunk of a snowgum. This is a survival response of snowgums after a moderate bushfire that may not have been intense enough to kill the tree.
Burnt Snowgums looking back up the South Ramshead. These trees were burnt in the Feb 2003 bushfires that threatened Thredbo Village, (this is about 5 km away).
